Delivery terms and conditions

Delivery time

The products of the Finnish Vitamin Centre will be delivered directly to homes within about a week after ordering.



Invoices are delivered with the products. Each invoice has a payment time of at least 14 days from the delivery of the product. After the due date for payment has passed, we will charge 5 € for a payment notice.

If you would like to change the due date of an invoice, please contact our customer service.


Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Plc will be credited as the payment receiver on bank statements or card payment invoices and will forward payments to the vendors concerned. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, we request that you contact the product vendor first.

Return policy

You have a 14 day return right upon receiving the first delivery of your order. The product to be returned must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. Subsequent deliveries of product packages with the same contents cannot be returned. Always agree upon any returns with our customer service first.


Terms and conditions of orders for single packages

The order of a single vitamin package will not obligate you to continue orders.


Terms and conditions for a current standing order

For standing orders, you can receive deliveries directly to your home at pre-agreed delivery intervals (normally 3 months or 6 months, depending on your order).

As a standing order customer, you can end your orders at any time prior to the end of the current ordering period. The order can be terminated either by calling our customer service (044 446 6000) or by sending an email to (attach your name and address).

A standing order is always a cheaper alternative than ordering a single package.
